Jason Provencher - Owner/Coach

Jason was born in Tulsa and raised in Broken Arrow, he has been married for over 10 years now and has 3 wonderful boys. He comes from a family of six kids. As you can imagine with six kids in tow, his mother often encouraged Jason and his brothers to play outside on nice days. This resulted in Jason becoming very competitive in sports and any other challenges that he encountered. Although Jason never played sports for the Broken Arrow Public Schools, he and his friends played pickup games nearly every day after school.

In June of 2008, Jason and his wife were tired of the same old gym routine, and they had heard about CrossFit from Jason’s brother and brother-in-law. After completing his first CrossFit workout at a local affiliate Jason was hooked. He found that CrossFit fueled his competitive fire, which had dwindled since graduation. In a short amount of time Jason began to see drastic changes in his fitness levels. After seeing such improvements Jason wasted no time sharing his new found passion. In October of 2008, Jason got his Level 1 Certification and has been teaching CrossFit and its methods ever since. He found his passion in training others and helping them to reach their goals and achieve what they once thought was impossible.

Jason has competed in the following events.

2009 CrossFit Games South Central Regional
2010 CrossFit Games South Central Sectional
2011-14 CrossFit Games Open

Robin was raised in Broken Arrow, OK. She spent most of her life competing in equestrian competitions. Her mom always encouraged her to push through whatever came her way which gave her a very determined and fierce competitive spirit. She has been married to her wonderful husband Jason for over 10 years now and they have 3 wonderful children (Eli, Wyatt, & Caleb).

In June of 2008, Robin and her husband Jason were tired of the same old gym routine, and they had heard about CrossFit from Jason’s brother and brother-in-law. After completing her first CrossFit workout at a local affiliate Robin was hooked. In a short amount of time Robin began to see drastic changes in her life she felt better and had great results. In April of 2009, Robin got her Level 1 Certification and has been teaching CrossFit and its methods ever since. Matt Youngberg - Coach

Fitness has always been a fleeting phenomenon in my life. One minute I’m on the wagon doing good grabbing the reigns and getting it done. The next minute I’ve fallen off the wagon and I’m lying face down on the ground watching the wagon leave me in the dust. I played sports in high school and a little intramural in college to stay in shape. If I had it my way however, I would have just spent the majority of my life wasting away on the couch. I found that I had natural athletic ability but never the drive to make my talents better and so I just became and settled for average.

The movie 300 came out and they were talking about all the cast members doing something called Crossfit to get in shape for the movie. I remember watching a video and thinking to myself that I would never be able to do what they were doing in a million years. Fast forward to 2012 and I figure out that the workout they were doing is Fran which I can happily say I am able to do.

Crossfit has been the only fitness program that I have tried that I have loved and stayed with for almost two years now. It has changed my life like so many others and it makes me want to be better than average every time I step into the box. This was my first WOD and I scaled it like crazy:

5 minute AMRAP: 9 Deadlifts 135#/80# / 6 Hang Power Cleans 135#/80# / 3 Push Press 135#/80#

Rest 2 minutes, then 7 minute AMRAP of the following.

6 Push-ups (games style) / 9 Box Jumps 20"/16" / 12 Walking Lunges

1: 5rds + 9 DL (55#)
2: 3rds + 6 PU + 9 Box

That was my score for the first WOD using 55# pounds and I thought I was going to die afterwards. Since then I have always tried to improve. I have entered a few competitions, got my level 1 certification, and have generally read/watched everything that I can find on Crossfit. Since starting to train others I can definitely say that I enjoy watching others improve just as much if not more than myself.

Kendall Luker - Coach

Hi Everyone! I am Kendall Luker and I was first introduced to CrossFit in June of 2012, at 10 weeks pregnant. Coming from a lifetime of playing competitive sports, it didn’t take much coaxing from my husband to get me to try it out. After my 1st WOD, I was HOOKED! I successfully CrossFitted through most of my pregnancy and returned to the box just 6 weeks after having my son via C-Section in December of 2012.

In March of 2013, I participated in the CrossFit Open, just 11 weeks post-partum. Competing in the Open motivated me to kick it into high gear and start focusing on my strength, endurance, and nutrition. I am a Paleo enthusiast and LOVE sharing my knowledge with whomever wants it!

In May of 2013, after 5 years as a Probation & Parole Officer, I quit my job to be a full-time stay-at-home-mom! In October 2013, I chose to use my love for health, wellness, and fitness & became a Level 1 Certified Trainer. I look forward to many years of helping people achieve their fitness goals!

Kendall has competed in the following events.

Todd Crumbo - Coach

Todd was raised in OKC where he graduated from Southeast High School. Following 9 years in the Navy he attended the University of Central Oklahoma graduating with a degree in economics. Upon graduation it was back to the military, this time serving as a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps, ultimately retiring after 22 years of service. CrossFit is rapidly growing within the military community but it wasn’t until 2012 when it was personally experienced. With the camaraderie, teamwork and competitive nature of the sport being so similar to the way the military operates, it was a perfect fit and he hasn’t missed a day since. The gymnastics, olympic lifting and especially the endurance training have all become a passion for Todd and his goal is to share these with all that are interested in achieving the highest level of physical fitness.

Todd has competed in the following events:

CrossFit Games Open 2013, 2014
