13:53 scaled. Heavy squats made for heavy legs on the 400m. More mind games just to keep going. When it was all over, I feel GREAT walking out the door. Thanks for great coaches! Always encouraging.

Side note: There were two gyms I was trying to decide between. Glad I chose this one.

Well seing how I have missed the last several Monday's it was no surprise that the SWOD was a little rough to say the least. Then each 400m run felt like trudging through mud. But all in all it was a good workout and glad that I made myself push to the limit.

In all my years of doing CrossFit, I have only run Helen under 8 minutes twice. So everytime that I have done this WOD my challenge was to complete this in the same amount of time as Helen takes.

So run fast, run hard, and DON'T drop that kettlebell!!!
